I originally bought a more expensive headset that was not comfortable & didn’t work that well, so I ordered this headset & I love it, because I work at a Call Center & it’s the best headset I have ever had. I really like how to mute yourself & the noise canceling is amazing. I turned the volume on my phone half way which was loud & the person on the other end couldn’t hear my music in the background. Great price as well

A new product for only $29, but with a $10 introductory discount, it was only $19. So why not give it a shot? I did. It arrived nicely packed. It was not the best made, but for the $19, and even for $29, it was fine. If it worked.Very decent instructions, and they offer multiple ways to both charge, and to connect. This was a well thought-out product, no complaints there. And the audio HEADPHONE (just one earpiece) offered reasonable quality. But when TALKING, the microphone would fade up and down in volume. Totally inconsistent. So instead I tried their alternative connection method, using Bluetooth. But that failed to record/pickup any audio at all. Despite being properly connected. Finally, it was returned.

I usually buy another brand but seen this had no reviews and was half off so i purchased it. Used it for 1 week and my ear is still trying to heal. It hurt the cartilage from pressing on it so bad that it has been over a week and its still sore. Uncomfortable metal wire across top of head. It had terrible audio. I had the audio turned all the way up and people kept saying what i cant hear you on the other end. Had to return. 2 stars for the charger stand. It was easy to charge and charged fast.
