I bought these to free up my hands while answering phones and taking messages at work. It is compatible with our land line phones, has a mute/unmute switch to quiet the mic, and volume control. The switch clips to your clothes, the cord is long, and the mic moves up or down for adjustment. I can hear calls extremely clearly and the patients report they can hear me well. I think the noise cancelation is sufficient. I'm happy with my purchase and would buy this again if needed.

I ordered this for work, something that is compatible with Nortel Networks, and this works very well so far. I was afraid it wasn't compatible but luckily it is. The set up was easy and it came with 3 other plugs that I didn't even need to use. For the price it is a very good value, I can hear my costumers better and they hear me very well.

The headset works perfectly well, but the setup was unnecessarily frustrating. The headset came with three identical-looking adapters numbered one, two, and three, but included no information as to how and when they should be used. I had to experiment to find which one made my headset function with my work phone. The instructions should provide these details.I was also dismayed by the fact the adapters were in a bag labeled "free gifts," which suggests they aren't always included with the headset. I can't find anything in the item description that indicates they're a standard accessory, and in fact the description tells buyers what adapters DON'T come standard. If they're included standard, that should be specified in the product description.

These headphones were very statically and never was able to hear through them.

It worked plug and play with my phone. Have to physically pick up the receiver to answer but the issue was keeping my hands free during a call. Calls are clear and I am clear to them. Volume control and mute function works great although it does cause a clicking sound to the person on the other end when you mute the line.

My callers say the hear a loud hum, I hear nothing but quality audio. Haven’t had time to troubleshoot it further.

They work great 👠The only complaint is that they make a very noticeable sound when you mute yourself, other than that, they work great!!
