Ok, so I scavenged reviews for all of the sequined shorts and skirts. That's how I selected these.I'm just shy of 5' 7" and about 180. I carry my weight pretty evenly but definitely have a tummy. I was hesitant to even try a sequined bottom but I wanted them for a holiday party.Some people complained that these have loose legs. There are another similar pair from another company with tight legs. To me those look like something for a dance recital or costume.I love that these have looser fitting legs. They swish a tiny bit. They make your legs look skinnier bc they're loose. The tight ones from the other company cut in a bit and make your thighs look bigger than they are.For these the waist wasn't tight. I thought it would be bc of the elastic but it's a comfy fit. And a comfy short all around considering it's covered in sequins.They look especially cute with black tights and a fun holiday sweater.The only reason I'm returning them is bc the event passed before I could and I don't have another reason to wear them.

These sequins shorts are the cutest! I bought and wore them for New Year’s Eve and they were perfect. I’m a 5’4†old lady and they were not “hot pants†short. They hit right at mid-thigh. They are surprisingly soft, stretchy and comfortable. Would love a reason to buy another color! Not sure I need more than one pair of sequins shorts.

Pretty shorts, but I had to return it because my husband didn’t like it on me. Other than that, I thought it was very nice and good quality.

Worked well for my All too well inspired costume!! They were super comfortable all night and the length was perfect. Would definitely recommend these shorts.

The material is nice and the sequins are beautiful. They look like good quality and perfect for my Taylor Swift inspo outfit. Like others have mentioned though, the legs are really wide and balloon out, for a very unflattering look. I got a size medium, which is my normal size. The waistband fit perfect, but after that, the shorts seem huge. But because I liked them so much, I'm in the middle of taking both side seams apart so I can re-sew the sides. I have to sew tapered, but it ends up taking in about 2" at the bottom of each side!

Had to size down. Ordered a medium but had to return for a small. Very comfortable, has a lot of sparkle to it.

I love these shorts! I felt so fabulous in them🤩 they are not clingy and don't feel scratchy. I overall am glad for this purchase. Would definitely recommend them for the right outfit

I really wanted to like these but they were so big and fit so weird I just couldn’t. Even with some junk in the trunk they are still too big. Just NO!
