I bought this for my sea salt. It's just as advertised. Easy to use. Really liked being able to adjust the grind. This would work just as well with peppercorns. Base is glass. Looks great, works great. Definitely recommend.

I bought a peppercorn blend and needed a grinder. I did not want an electric grinder. This set had good reviews so I bought it. The grinders are beautiful, well made, easy to use, and work perfectly. I would definitely buy them again.

Smooth grinding. I put celtic salt in it and it grinds it great! Other grinders didn't want to grind it well, not sure if it's because it's a bit moist or what. Easy to adjust and very easy to fill. Appreciate the easy off top. I leave it on the back of my stove for easy access.

Pepper mill broke in less than a month. Plastic inside the grinder broke into chunks, falling into food. :-/ "In case the product is damaged, etc... please contact us and let us make things right." The message re-directs to Amazon Customer Service, who did indeed, make it right by sending a replacement immediately. Thank You!Hoping this one will withstand simple day-to-day use as the product is intended. We aren't hard on items, no kids... so rather surprising the mill broke so quickly?That being said, LOVE the appearance, size, ability to adjust grind. The little holder is handy for moving mills together to the table w/o dropping. All in all, happy with the set - IF it continues to work.

Works great. I love that it keeps the counter clean because of the cap. It grinds fine, medium and coarse.

Worked fine for a while, and eventually the top of the grinder separated from the silver handle, so it would free wheel without grinding, unless you hold it tight around the top, and the silver twisting handle. It would be extremely annoying for me to keep using, even though doable. Unfortunately, I have a younger daughter that this is no longer able to operate it, and a senior in the house that also cannot use it due to not having enough grip strength to hold the two parts together. I was happy with it when it's still worked, but it is not durable enough to last in my opinion.Edit: I feel bad I didn't reach out to the company after this happened, but I thought it may have been too long after my purchase to do so. After my review though, someone from the company reached out to me to make it right. They quickly sent out a replacement for the item that had problem, so I will give it another go. I'm definitely impressed with the customer service with this company.Something I will be doing with this one, and would probably recommend is to make sure to have a hold of the top by not only the silver part of the cap, but the very top where the black is showing.Hopefully this one will go without a hitch, but I would have to say the company is top-notch for the way they take care of their customers.

I can't say enough about the quality of this grinder; from the hand-friendly pleasing shape to the smooth action and various settings for the desired coarseness of the grind.As a consumer, I appreciated the Thank You note included in the packaging.Was happy to learn my purchase was from a small family operated company.A go-to grinder is a staple of any kitchen; and I will be buying more as gifts.

When I received this grinder I washed it. I did not put the mill in water but rather washed it under hot running water. It holds water that is very hard to get dry. After a day of air drying and still having water in the mill I used my hair dryer on it and was able to dry it out. I did take the mill apart as much as I could. I took a star for this. It is sturdy and the bowl is heavy glass. The workings are plastic. The rest of this review is how it didn't work for what I wanted but it isn't really designed for. I was looking for a grinder for my stove top. I dehydrate veggies but I don't powder them at storage. The pictures shows dehydrated spinach. It does work to almost powder them, but it takes major elbow grease. Also it will not grind it all. There is some leaves left in the bowl. It is a nice compact grinder and looks good in the kitchen. It will grind salt and pepper but there are electric ones that make grinding herbs and spices easier.

This grinder works great. Loves the different adjustments you can make to mill your Pepper differently. The bottle itself is great quality. It is very thick glass. I dropped mine off the counter so many times and it doesn’t break. Easy to fill.
