This superior evaporator pan is made of 304 food grade stainless steel with a mirror-finished surface. The top edge of the pan is enclosed or "rolled". The extra reinforcement creates a very strong pan that resists warping, making it easy to handle.

Over all I'm well pleased, although I have not got to use the evaporator yet it seems well made. one corner was dented causing a bulge in side of the main pan but I believe it will still be usable. I received it on time and tracking the shipping was easy.

Cost another $86 to have another fitting welded on and on top of that $60 for a new thermometer
