These were very easy to use on my pet rabbit. He was nervous but these nail trimmers made it easy to see the quick and weren't too difficult to hold. I also had a styptic stick on hand just in case, but thankfully never needed it. I wrapped my rabbit in a towel, and it was easy to use the trimmers with one hand while using the other hand to hold his paw out.

These are smaller than you might guess from the photo, but I was still able to use them easily with my extra-large hands. They arrived sharp enough for the job, although you might want to consider putting a slightly better edge on them if you know how to sharpen scissors. But, as suggested in the title, 95% of the job is cornering/holding the cat or bird. And do NOT cut too much nail off or you might have a serious bleed on your hands. Literally. Have some sort of styptic gel or powder with you just in case.

This nail clippers is perfect, fit in my hand, easy to control the cut of nails and my cat didn't fight me like he did with the other nail awkward clippers I used. The master grooming tool/clippers made a clean cut without annoying my 20+ lb cat. So when he's not happy I can loose control of him, he didn't fight me after the first cut of his nails.

My vet loved this! Worked well for my Parrot. Happy with it. I have a pionus, a medium size bird. But, after buying about six of these I wonder, they keep rusting in a matter of months and I live in high desert!

These are really sharp. The design makes it easy to use, and since they are sharp, it isn't a hard on the puppy when I do his nails. They actually cut the nail instead of smashing them.

I found the metal too thick, which makes it very difficult to cut much of the cat's nail. You have to push the cat's nail extra hard to get enough through the opening for the cut. It also doesn't cut the nail cleanly, so it leaves a jagged edge.

some how this one wasn't sharp enough like the old one i had.

They weren't sharp and crushed my cats nail. I felt terrible, but luckily it didn't hurt her. I think these were defective or used previously and made dull. I would be careful with ordering these. I would have given them no stars except for the fact there was no choice of that.
