I have tested this with the california mastitis test. both gave the same results.This little cards are so much easier to use. I can take them to milk stall and check before I start milking each few days and make sure that all is still good. I keep the box of cards in a plastic bag to keep them fresh.This makes my life much easier.

I wanted to test my goats milk and tried this, it came back greenish yellow so I guess it’s normal, but am not quite sure, it would be helpful if there was a table guide to compare colors but there isn’t so I had to go buy a different test just to be sure since my vet said she will be looking to see who does tests but then I haven’t heard back from her and I wanted to know if my doe has mastitis or not. If the other test came negative as well then I guess these tests are reliable and kinda easy, I only used two corners of the test but holding it from that only spot I don’t know how can one use all corners but I’m not experienced so maybe that’s why it wasn’t as easy for me.

The convenience of the test. I’ve used both, this test and the CMT test to check for mastitis in our family milk cow. When both tests were done side by side, both tests indicated the same results. Of the two tests, this test is easier.
