I received a used item but was able to process a replacement easily. I am looking forward to the new item since the doll is so cute. The doll face looks so realistic. I can see by the visible arms, it is not fully articulated at the joints but I do not care. The fact that it has a snippet of the song Popular makes me so happy. I am a true fan of the Wicked movie. The ease of replacement makes me even happier.***UPDATE: I am no longer happy about this purchase. I was not planning on taking the doll out of the box, but I will have to keep this one because the replacement is even worse condition than this one. I echo the sentiment of other reviews regarding the packaging. Please add handle with care labels since it is not happening. I purchased New and continue to receive opened items. No tape on the replacement at all. The outside looks crushed but the doll seems to have made it. I don't know if trying to receive a third will help at all. Don't waste your time if you are a collector.

This is fantastic!! Don’t read the negative reviews. Even though the box was a little taped, it’s quite clearly a brand new doll and a new box. I’d order again for sure! And this doll sings all of the song, not just a small snipped. Once taken fully out of the box it sings so much of the Popular song.

I love it, she is fantastically stunning, cute, beautiful doll she look just like Ariana grande in my opinion. A the wicked is absolutely a masterpiece incredible movie ever.

My 6 and 2 year old granddaughters are obsessed with the movie Wicked (but who isn't right?). So for Valentine's Day I purchased the entire Glinda costume for the 6 year old and both the Elphaba and Glinda dolls for the 2 (almost 3) year old. This Glinda doll is exactly as described and in perfect condition. I know both of the girls will treasure her!
