This brush is very versitile, for scraping linoleum, paint off the house, and if needed for the grill since I just so happen to have lost the old one.

Cheaper scrapers that are not stainless steel will rust, and deteriorate. It also might save you from a Tetnas shot, if you puncture yourself with a rusty brisle.

No flimsy plastic here - nice, well-made, and strong wooden handle with a scraper and good bristles. Did not wear down after use like some other brands with plastic handles and flimsy bristles

I bought these to clean my BBQ grate. The wires are thin so they flex and are able to get between the grate bars and do a better job than stiffer ones I have had in the past. The stiffer ones skate across the tops and do not remove the buildup between bars. These will not last as long because the wires are thin, but that is a tradeoff I am ok with.

If you need stainless steel brushes do not buy these. The ones I bought are badly rusted.
