Drilled my 75 ford f100 4x4 steering knuckles out to the 78-79 steering rods. The bit was great, cut like butter. Just go slow and use cutting oil. Very impressed. Bit is still sharp and shows no signs of wear.

I purchased this reamer to make a custom fit ball joint. The reamer out performed my expectations. For the price I assumed it would break right away. It is made well and accurate angle for my project.

Shank of Reamer is displayed as smooth. Actual shank has drill chuck grind not allowing chucking in ER 32 collet. If you only have to ream one hole then this is the bit for you. I contacted the supplier and have waited for a response for support but they do not respond to requests. I used the Reamer at 350 RPM with flood coolant and one of the edges cracked while feeding. Large Diameter of the hole reamed is only .670". Buyers beware. You are better off spending a few more dollars at GammonsHoaglund, or even more on their spiral units. One hole and a chip like this in mild steel is unacceptable.

reamer worked very well, i used it in cast steel with a cordless drill and it cut very smooth
