- This solenoid only works with Permenant Magnet motors.
Note:Will not work with older style motors with copper wound fields.

These appear to be exactly the same as the Lippart ($98) solenoids. Even the casting marks are the same. Installed it and it works great. Solved the problems I was having with the leveling leg system. Troubleshot the system narrowing it down to the solenoid. I purchased two just in case, which comes out to 1/3ed the price of Lipparts part. Now I have a spare.If this is the solenoid you have in your RV leg system, don't hesitate to use it in place of the stock part. Works great for me.

The original solenoid that I replaced this with had a riveted bottom plate that the hose clamp went on to hold it to the pump. This one does not have that. I had to go to ace and get a small metal plate that I had to bolt to this.(which was nice I was at ace as I was able to find the bolts to fit it.) it does replace the solenoid from lippert. again it is intermittent. so just be prepared when one of the slides comes in, you have to let the slide button in the rv go, and wait for a minute, then press it again and it will bring your slide in. my camper has 2 slides.

I used this item 1 single time and the next time I used it, it failed and Thanks to Amazon I can’t even contact to seller to ask about a warranty. So I have a parts that is 60 days old and I just installed it and it failed almost immediately but no help from anyone. Save your money

Needed a light duty reversing relay to run two small linear actuators on my automatic driveway gate. This worked for just under a month then stopped working. Instead of returning I opened up to investigate. The rivets holding it together weren’t fit for a childs toy and once inside found everything else to be of about the same quality, the one coil internally shorted as seen in photo. Windings were about thinner than a human hair. Couldn’t imagine someone trusting this for a winch control out in the bush 🤣 maybe an extreme light duty indoor application, just have spares on hand.

Purchased to replace a competitor's virtually identical "looking" solenoid. As soon as I opened the box I could feel the superior difference in quality. All connections were well marked requiring no documentation to install
