The 10" meat slicer is extremely easy to use, and with just a little mechanical knowhow, is very easy to clean... Be sure to use the cut proof gloves as the blade is sharp.Recommend this product for all serious meat slicers...

Wish it was made out of a different cloth. It is overly big for my slicer. It doesn’t snug the slicer, pretty bulky, but it does keep the dust and dog hair from it.
