No big box stores in my area carry any metric threaded SS rod. Found this on Amazon in the length I was looking for and recieved it in 2 days. Worked perfectly for my application. Can't ask for anything more.

It could have been damage caused durring shipping or machining tollerence issue unfortunately no way to know. I'll just say when trying to screw on the matching bolts they bound at several points along the rods length and in a few spots wouldn't thread any further even with tools.

Changed a carb on a GCV 160 these studs replaced the bolts and made the install easier

The removal and installation of Carburator and gaskets the right way was achieved using theses studs. The nuts were spot on to tighten everything snugly. I recommend these very much to anyone having the same issue I did.
