How to use it?
- Never burn dry wicks. Please immerse the wick in oil for half an hour, and burn it when it is completely soaked in lamp oil to avoid smoking and flicking.
- If you see any smoke when the wick is lit, it is because the flame is too high.
Notice
- If you change the fuel type, we suggest you replace the wick as well. Remember to turn off the light when you leave.
- For the best burning effect, the wick should be trimmed regularly to remove burnt edges and carbon deposits

A good wick. I cut mine to ~8 inches.I have serveral standard oil lamps.These work and burn correctly.
