Mehron Makeup Fixative" A" Sealer (.125 oz)

Fixative “A" is a clear liquid plastic sealer for Modeling Wax, Putty/Wax and SynWax. Available in a variety of sizes.

How to use this product:

Apply with brush as a protective sealer over Modeling Wax, Putty/Wax and SynWax constructions before applying makeup. Allow to 2-3 minutes to dry. Remove with Spirit Gum Remover followed by soap and water. Artist Tip: Fixative “A” can be used to seal intricate water based paint designs, making them waterproof so they appear like tattoos.

I absolutely love this product. My fav time of the year is being able to create sfx makeup and with this product , it put me on a whole new level. I highly recommend.

This definitely helped hold my fake wounds in place for a long time. Plus it's easy to reapply throughout the day if you need to. There is an odor but it dissipates very quickly.

If you’re used to using a fixatives, you will hate this one;It didn’t have a fixative property in any way. Total waste of money!

Works just like it is supposed to. It doesn't deal nose and scar wax to make it indestructible but it protects it pretty well. Also, you can use it for Ben Nye products too, not just Mehron.

This item helps quite a bit when working with Special Effects makeup and designs. A wee bit expensive, but it could've been worse! Highly recommend.
