These are perfect for my mountain bike rides so far this summer. I have purchased several after trying one pair. Worn under MTB shorts. They add comfort without feeling like I'm wearing a diaper, as is the case with other, more padded shorts I own. Great support without being constricting. Had not heard of this company before, but I will certainly recommend them to serious off-road riders.

After looking to get active again these were exactly what I was looking for to get started with.

They work ok and provide a little padding where needed.

Thin but complete coverage including the inner thigh. Perfect for long course triathlon. Enough coverage with sufficient "lube" for a century ride and thin enough to comfortably run in. Fits perfect under my no-chamois kit.

I bought these liner shorts to wear while mountain biking and bike touring. I'll compare these liners to the which I also purchased here on Amazon. The Aero Tech liners have a thinner chamois pad than the Pearl Izumi (PI) liners and other regular cycling shorts I own. It's about 1/4" at its thickest and appears to have small holes all throughout the foam pad, probably for better ventilation. New cyclists might prefer a thicker chamois pad, but experienced cyclists who have "hardened" their butt should be fine. And if you don't want to feel like you're wearing a diaper, the thinner chamois will be a bonus. I'm about 5'9" and 160 lbs and the medium fits well.I've only used these liners once so far on a two hour ride, but I think they'll be comfortable enough for all day rides. One aspect of these liners that is better than the PI liners is that the back of the waistband is a little higher. The PI liners feel a little low and I'm worried I might have some exposed skin on my lower back if I wear a short shirt. Cycling shorts should have a slightly taller waistband in the back and I'm disappointed the PI liners are a little low. Both the Aero Tech and PI liners do not have silicon or rubber "grabbers" inside the leg elastic bands. This causes the legs to ride up a little more than with typical stretchy cycling shorts (the kind road riders wear). But since you'll be wearing these liners under shorts or pants, this shouldn't be a problem for either brand. I didn't notice any discomfort from this although I did occasionally pull down the legs with both brands. The only negative I can say about the Aero Tech liners is that edge of the chamois pad isn't quite as clean cut as the PI liners, but the sewing seems to be adequate. If any problems arise after long-term use I'll update this review.

I think that they are extremely cheap and don't offer a lot of padding. The description shows a lot of padding but it is very thin and not very true to the description.

These have become my favorite riding shorts. Most of my rides are for commuting and are 15 miles or less one way. I needed some shorts that were lightly padded which would look "normal" under jeans or my commuter cycling pants. These fit the bill. I think one of the negative reviews said they didn't have enough padding. Keep in mind there is a lightly padded version and a regular padded version from Aero Tech. I ordered the lightly padded version.
