There's two types of compression shirts, this is a slimming shirt not compression shirt, a compression shirt is good for someone that maybe lost weight and has some loose skin all around, the slimming shirt is for bigger belly's , it does pull it in maybe an inch or inch and half without sucking in your belly and it's perfect for someone like me that has loose skin around the middle, it makes my tummy look somewhat flat. I'm 5'10" 174lbs, my waist is 32" so my body looks average however without a slimming shirt my tummy has extra skin that hangs over my belt like a flat tire. I step into the tank top and pull up to put it on is how I find to be the easiest way, I ordered a large at first and it works but I feel I can manage the medium much better, I can wear this all day and it stays in place pretty much and I pull it down a bit when I need to use the restroom. I have to say that this compression shirt really fits me well and I love how snug it gets and I it shaped my midsection perfectly and the quality of the shirt is good too. I like that it stretches really well and flattened my stomach while I’m wearing it. I also like that I can wear it under my shirt and it makes me look even smaller. This shirt quality is really nice and well designed and made and I definitely like this shirt.

Compression is great, and feels good. The only reason not five star is because after it got washed had black spots so now I can't use it with a white shirt underneath

This compression shirt is excellent for shaping my body and reducing bloating. It feels comfortable to wear and is made from good-quality materials, which seem durable. It washes easily and retains its original shape after drying. Overall, I highly recommend this shirt!

I like wearing compression undershirts because they don't get wrinkles or folds under my dress shirts. I have several different brands, and this is definitely one of the most comfortable. I like that the neckline is lower than most, so it doesn't show when my collar isn't buttoned. I will definitely purchase more of these.

Unless you’re already in great shape, don’t expect this to significantly improve your figure. What it does do is compress and firm up less-than-toned areas, while also providing a comfortable amount of pressure on the mid and lower back, which feels great. I also appreciate that, unlike a belt that only targets the stomach and can be quite noticeable, this full-length shirt offers more discreet support. There are no lines where the short begins and ends.

This tank was extremely tight on my son and he did not like it. It might be just what someone else is looking for but for my son it was too tight to move in it.
