I got this shirt because I wanted a compression shirt that would actually compress and help hide some of my problem areas. This is a strong compression shirt and it really boosts my self confidence when I wear it. It is tight. It is durable. It is possible that you will have to step into it to put it on and reverse the process to take it off. This shirt will last for a long time if you take reasonably good care of it. Machine wash it if you have a front loading washer. Always line dry it. I would say this is a medium weight shirt but it has never caused me to get hot or sweat uncontrollably. I have worn this shirt at least 15 times and it has never lost its shape or broken a single stitch. Quality shirt, quality brand. This is for the serious and real compression lovers and wearers out there. It won't let you down.

The tank gives you a slender figure and support good posture but doesn’t do much for your love handles so you may want to size down for a tighter squeeze if you want to hide some esthetic insecurities. Easy to use pulling up and stretches well and allows you to breathe normally

so over the last 5 years or so ive been buying Compression shirts, vest, corsets, you name it all from amazonive bought neopreme ones, zupper ones , the ones with clamp hooks . Basically most of the different types and stiles amazon sells ive tried and they all work fine getting the right size is also an issue since you cant always depend on the store size chart .that being said im 5'11 maybe over 300Lb the last time i weighed myself i was 270 but its been a min and that was before covid so im sure im over 300lbi wear XXL t shirts can fit an XL but u can tel i have some man boobs with an XLif i wear a L yeah its tight and u can see them rollsall the other brands ive tried do flaten my man boobs and my belly but u can still tell i have man boobs and if i wear a L t shirt it doesnt really make a difference if i have a Compression shirt or notthese though i first bought an XXL because i have previous Compression shirt from a different brand like the best kind thaty zip up in thje front and that was a 3XL and was starting to be a bit loose so i figured a XXL would work since i needed a tighter fit and it worked it flatend me alot more than the 3XL i had from the different brand but i felt i could go tightener********so i bought another one in XL and damm it was a bit of a tight fit because it was still new and even felt like i ripped it wile putting it on but when i put it on ... night and day difference like i literally looked flat like these are the only Compression shirts i bought in the spam of 5 years that actually made me look flat and after checking it it wasnt ripped at all it fits comfortable best fitting one aswell its not tight its not loose it honestly feels like im not even wearing anything i can move freely dont feel any pressure like u do with other brands and i put on a L t shirt over it and it looks like i had that wide shoulder v cut look to the point were im getting 3 moreso forget the other ones and just buy these and get ur regular size if ur worried about it being tight maybe go up one size but lo key if i fit into it getting my true size then im sure anyone will just be carefull when putting it on the first time would be my suggestion toi allow the fabric to slowly stretch

I bought the shirt after reading a lot of positive reviews, most of them. And based on that, I decided to go for it. Some people said it was super hard to put it on, but for me it was super easy, not hard at all. As soon as I received the shirt and saw it, I knew it was going to be kind of loose, not exactly, but I was expecting much more compression. I'm 6'1" and 215, usually wear XL on my shirts, so decided to order the L, but is not enough. I'm going to have to send this one back and order a size M. Another thing, it is loose on the bottom edge and it doesn't stay around your hips, after a while it was rolled around my waist. On the positive side, it is comfortable although you can start feeling kind of hot after a couple of hours, because it doesn't breath that much, but is not something that's going to make you stand in front of the air conditioned. Every person is different, but if you want my advice and if you really want to feel the compression for real, as it is supposed to be, I would tell you to go 2 sizes down of your regular one, that's what I'm going to do. Hope this review can help you some way.

The sizing of this item is a little off, I'd recommend purchasing one step above what you think you'd wear. Measuring sizes is a little off as well since this is a compression shirt. You want it tight, but you also want blood flow ;).I like this item for it's posture correction reminder and keeping my core engaged. Once it's on, it's as comfortable as I could ask and it doesn't add an insane amount of heat. It's difficult to get on and off though. I would recommend rolling the fabric up, and then rolling it down your torso, or enlisting the assistance of a partner.

Bought Large, for me, 174cm, 90kg.Fits tightly as intended, hasnt loosened after long time usage, hides chubby features as much as it can,Hard to remove since its strong & hard elasticity.Im satisfied.
