This is one of the best detailing products on the market. Ive used it on my car and also gelcoat boat. It removes swirls and leaves a nice shine which comes up incredible with a good wax. It is excellent. It’s easy to apply and buff off also. My only negative comment is that it is not a “heavy cut†compound and is definitely nowhere near a 400 grit (as stated on the label). It is more of a light oxidation and swirl remover polish. If you have heavy oxidation this is not what you want as a “heavy†cutter. There are other heavy cut compounds out there for that.The product really should have a different name in my opinion.Otherwise it’s excellent.

I do professional paint corrections for a living. This is one of my most frequently used products when removing scratches, swirl marks, oxidation, etc. The consistency of it is perfect for any painted surface. It finishes clear, wipes off easily and is one of the best products made for paint corrections. Very important to prep surface with clay bar and use the appropriate pad for the surface u are working on..every paint job is different, but I've used this product on every paint job imaginable with flawless results.

Love this product it’s a nice quick all in one there are more aggressive and better products for removing deep scratches but for amateurs or people not wanting to do 2 step paint restorations this is the right product for you

This compound from Amazon is great! Had a hard time finding a good compound that does what I needed after a wet sand with 1200 grit sandpaper. Most of the stuff I found here was only polishing compound or waxes.

I used the 1000 as a first step and 400 as a second finishing step - got every bit of the paint transfer off the bumper with a microfiber cloth and some elbow grease. Luckily, there was only one small area where the scratch broke through the paint, which is still visible. This worked great on superficial scratches and paint transfer! Phew!
