I don't know much about these. Our next door neighbor's relief valve was dripping. Hers and ours were both 75psi but our plumber son said our water pressure was 100psi. So we bought 2, one for our neighbor and one for us. Our son came by and replaced both within 5 minutes! No dripping, works as should.
