I originally purchased another Pilates ring. Upon receiving it, it did not feel very sturdy, made creaking sounds when I applied pressure, and ultimately I returned it. I did a little more research on Pilates rings and came across the Stott ring. The ring was a little pricier than my original purchase but definitely worth the investment. The product arrived perfectly and I feel very confident using this without fear that it will snap in my face. I am 5’1†and this size feels comfortable to use. If you are considering this ring, stop reading and buy it now!

Bought this for ongoing rehab of a rotator cuff repair. The padded area on the sides make it comfortable for any part of my arm I decide to use as the 'squeeze' point. It's also good for pilates exercises, although I've yet to take it through the full range possible. Why only 4 stars? It's a little clumsy to store.

This is the real deal. Merrithew is THE source for pilates instruction and equipment, and of the rings I've tried, this one is by far the best. It's solid, sturdy, and offers excellent resistance. It's Aldo easier to keep in place for some of the more difficult poses than the others I have tried. If you are serious about pilates, this is worth the money.

Happy with this purchase. The ring is lightweight, yet strong. It is the same one I used in physical therapy for my degenerative disc issues. So I just bough the the exact same one. Works great, been using it for months now. Good value as the one on the Stott site was more expensive. Thank you.

I have ordered this twice and both times it came in a plastic sleeve and not with the cardboard picture...it did not have the link to the video anywhere -- no enclosed instructions at all.Sounded like a good product but they are not providing what they advertised.

Not sure if it's super worth the money (paid like $36 for it) but I use it everyday for inner and outer thighs so it's definitely being used! It doesn't provide that much resistance for the outer thighs, but by 100 reps I'm ready to stop for a minute to rest, so there's definite burn going on. It's a great, lighter alternative to squats, which I had to reduce because of knee pain (working on it). Easy to use, hasn't broken yet (it's been over a month) so happy with this purchase.

Currently training as a Pilates teacher and my instructor told me to get a good quality circle for training. I ordered a couple from fitness companies/ big retailers and sent them all back as they were flimsy and wouldn’t last. I believe this to be of great quality and I’m looking forward to using it for my practice.

Pilates is an excellent system for balancing body posture, strength and the ring helps me work around injuries. It doesn't fit in a purse but it'd be worth having in your workout room.
