I have been doing mat-based pilates at home via an app for nearly three years now and have a solid core with my regular practice. But WOW, this is such a great addition to target and isolate various core, oblique, scap, tricep, thigh etc muscles! And great for stretching my legs.You can easily hold it in position with your ankles or above your knees without a ton of squeezing, but you can also squeeeeeeze it without breaking it.Highly recommend for anyone's home gym and wish I had bought it sooner than I did.

This “magic ring” is so well made! My Pilates instructor suggested using a ring when exercising at home and since Balanced Body ring is what she uses in class, that’s the one I got. She recommended this brand because of its excellent construction (not too stiff, not too soft) and the high density foam used. I’m very happy with my purchase. It arrived promptly and in perfect condition. Highly recommend.

Ive had several falls lately and needed help to get up. My doctor recommended physical therapy to improve my balance.This is the same Pilates ring used in my physical therapy. It has helped strengthen my core and legs which in turn has helped with my balance.

You can pick it up several times a day and work out with it. I set down turn on the TV ,and work my arms ,place it between you knees & and compress them in & out for a good workout.I am 84 and still very active.

前回同ショップで購入した際は亀裂が入っており、新品未使用、未開封品であると記載があり購入しましたが、とても新品と思えない状態でした。今回は改善されているだろうと購入しましたが、箱が玄関に置いてあるだけで一切の梱包すらもありませんでした。商品には初回購入時と同様に、新品未使用とは思えない液だれのようなものと、使用感のある明らかな汚れがあり、本当に未使用品なのか疑わしく、tradetradeというショップで購入しましたが、2回続けてのことだったので、表記等に対して疑念を持ってしまいました。前回は使用感があるような亀裂が最初から入っており、パッと見綺麗には見えましたが、新品には少しの初期傷ならまだしも、こういったものは、しっかりとした製品を作っていらっしゃる会社なので有り得ないのではないかと思い、初回と今回に至っても返品中です。正直Amazonの出品・発送のものでないものは新品ではないイメージが強く残りました。また、新しく正規品取扱店で購入した物には購入証明書、説明書が封入されておりましたが、こちらの店舗には入っていませんでした。少なくとも、1度開封されたものであると思います。

リングの反発力が弱すぎず丁度良い感じなので、少し頑張って扱えるくらいなのでちゃんと負荷がかかってる様に感じられて良かったですパッドもしっかりめに付いてるので安心です

まず商品の箱にそのまま住所が貼り付けて届きます。雨が降っていようと関係ない感じです。そして、中古品なのかと思う作りが雑なものが送られてきました。もはやmade in そのあとは削られていて、その上から黒を塗ったのという感じです。最悪です。
