I am a big woman. This works really well for me. It’s middle of the road, I have tried other and they were horrible. Super loud and weren’t smooth at all. The magnetic clip is my favorite. It’s not quiet but when you have music on, you don’t really notice it. It is fun to use and it’s a great way to be more active.

Comfortable and easy to use. Love the snap closers. The last one I had was cheap plastic and not very comfortable. But this one is nicely made.

This hoop is advertised as “smart†so I was expecting it to come with a counter of some sort. Nope. I’m very curious as to exactly what makes this hoop “smartâ€. There were plenty of less expensive hoops out there, but was willing to pay more to get a counter and feel this one was misrepresented. It is, however easy to put on and remove, moves smoothly, and is pretty quiet. It also came with a sweat belt of more than sufficient size.

I have terrible proprioception and cannot keep a hula hoop up to save my life, but with EDS it was recommended that I do circular workouts like hula hooping. I'm so glad I found this belt, it is WAY too much fun and thirty minutes goes by like a breeze. Glad I purchased this one in particular after reading complaints about cheaper belts because it's worked really well from the jump and is holding up well to multiple uses.

I was looking for home exercise equipment. I ordered another brand and I was disappointed since it got stuck in my clothes and didn’t run properly . I decided to give hoops another chance and this one met all my expectations! It feels smooth while using and the noise is not a big deal. I’d definitely recommend it.

I've used this a couple of times now and it's hard to keep it going, but I think that's because my core is weak and I need to keep working with it. The links are easy to put together to make a belt the size that you need.
