Easy to keep going. I can't hoopla hoop at all so I wasn't sure I could do this after reading reviews. I have no problem keeping this going. It's a little hard to remove links but I guess it's because it's new. Good quality. It is kinda loud. Good price. Be careful using around animals or breakables.

Haven’t had it that long but it works perfectly as expected, maybe use some type of oil or WD-40 on the track it does start to stick after a little bit and I’d recommend this be a part of your workout routine where you have earbuds in because the sound of the track and wheels is so annoying.

This weighted Hula hoop is a vigorous workout device that helps my daughter develop a strong and flexible waist. It also helps her control weight. The knots are easy to attach and detach. It's pretty sturdy.
