The mini ball and ring are awesome and are a staple in my workouts. The exercise bands are not rubber so they don’t stretch as much as I would like for arm workouts etc, so those are a 1 star in my book. But the ring is durable and perfect for targeting thighs during your workout. Adds the extra burn🔥

My physical therapist recommended I get a Pilates set so I could do my physical therapy exercises at home. I had to bring it in to show her and she was so impressed with this kit that she went out and bought one herself for her personal use.

Really nice bands with obvious resistance differences, the ring is very mediocre, it feels made of very cheap plastic and about to break if you apply too much force. The rest of the items is fine and that’s why I’m keeping it, but if your main purchase is the ring, go with a different product.

I'm very happy that I bought this entire set. At first I didn't think I'd use everything, but I have and still do. It's worth the money and you'll have everything that you will need to exercise and either get into shape and or just stay in shape. I was a beginner when I bought this and now it's fun and a healthy life style.
