This ring is harder than the cheap brand ring we use in my pillates class. Also the handles are not foam, but have foam padding and quite hard. Kind of regret purchasing..

This is the greatest product. I I was doing physical therapy at Marian Joy. The exercises that I was doing there for using a Pilates ring. So these exercises are replacing a piece of exercise equipment. My ab roller. I have an exercise book that came with the Pilates ring. I haven’t used it yet. But this was a very smart purchase.
