I was attracted to the pop of color on the grips, that it has a carrying bag, and the positive reviews. I too first thought in the photo that the box was actually a DVD until I zoomed in and read what was on the box. Since I am very familiar with this type of ring and have been using one in classes for a long time, I don’t need the poster but it’s a nice touch. I love using the magic circle to stretch out my tired legs, not shown on your chart but a great use for the ring, much better I think than using a strap or rope. I used to have a ring purchased eons ago from Gaiam made of bare metal with cushion grips only on the outside (not inside and out) which I donated to a gym. I have wanted to purchase this newer fiberglas, more sane type and so far I really like this ring! ðŸ˜

My wife started using our apartment gym, and they don't have many leg machines, which she used to use at LA Fitness. Her inner thighs weren't as trimmed as they used. to be, so she bought this. She uses it a few times weekly while sitting on the couch. She can also take it to the apartment gym but doesn't. She usually uses it before she goes. When we went on vacation for a couple of weeks, she brought this and her band to do at-home workouts while traveling. She said it won't get her as toned as the machines did at the gym because it can't go past 50 pounds, but it does help a little. Her only complaint is it doesn't shift on the knees when in use so she has to hold it sometimes while she uses it.

I love working out, but hate the gym... I got this to help tone my inner thighs... It's incredible! The resistance is amazing! Ive been using it a week and I feel great already! Absolutely love the workout chart it comes with! Love all the different ways (besides my inner thighs) to help tone and strengthen my body! Perfect to take on the go as well!

This ring is solidly made. Great for strength and flexibility training. Strong ring stands up to pressure and weight. The pads stay in place and add to comfort. Same quality as the one I use in the Pilates studio. Exercise photos insert is a nice bonus. The carrying case for storage adds a nice minimalist look so I can leave it out on display.

We've been using these "magic circles" in my Pilates classes for a long time, but when I learned a particular couple of thigh exercises I could do with it, that's when I decided I had to have one at home. I do a couple of simple things for abductors and adductors with this ring, and it really helps. Of course, there are many other types of exercises you can do with it, and the box includes a chart demonstrating them. It's a nice sturdy piece of equipment that comes with a little storage bag that hangs off of a hook in my exercise area. I'm very happy with my magic circle.

Mit dabei ist eine Aufbewahrungstasche und ein Poster mit verschiedenen Übungen und Tipps.Die Übungen auf dem Poster sind in drei Schwierigkeitsgraden von Anfänger bis Fortgeschrittene eingeteilt. Sie eignen sich super gut für das tägliche Training und sind leicht nachzumachen. Ich bin sehr zufrieden damit trainiere nun täglich damit.Von mir gibts eine klare Kaufempfehlung und 5 Sterne!!

I use this to strengthen a very weak leg but it gets used for other exercises besides. It allows squeeze and hold exercises as well as being a tool to encourage stretching both arms and legs. It is light, portable and strong. A useful addition to an exercise kit.
