I purchased the weights for my weighted hula and I was pleasantly satisfied. I have three hulas so the various colors and sizes were appreciated. Hope they go up in weight in future products. The more you hula the more weight you’re going to want to increase.

Only the rings so keep that in mind. They are not very heavy so add very little weight. However they work great to strengthen your hand or to squeeze when your stressed or restless.
