I saw this on workout videos and wanted to give it a go! It’s only been a week so I can’t speak to results but it is really fun to use and I work up a sweat doing it! This gets me moving and very easy to put together. It is also really easy to change the links for when you start losing weight!

Middle-age spread has hit me hard and I've recently been seeking ways to get some exercise that isn't mind-numbingly boring. Enter the ZIBREK weighted hula infinity hoop! Social media has been showing me videos of people using these hoops over the last couple of months and I was intrigued, so I jumped on the opportunity to try one.First off, the hoop arrived in several segments and was very easy to put together. Just click a segment into a place and adjust as necessary to get the right fit. FYI, I'm a size 16 and have several links left over, so this hoop is going to be appropriate for those of us gals who fit into the XL or maybe even XXL size range. Assembly took all of two minutes, and that included reading the instructions.Hoop assembled, I gave it a shot. Listen, I'm not going to win any awards for grace or coordination, but it only took a few tries before I was hooping with enthusiasm. I had trouble keeping momentum with the weight, so I did a few searches and found several helpful videos online for some hints and tips. After adjusting where the hoop sat on my body and the length of the string the weight was attached to, I was up and running (for a few minutes at a time, at least - this thing works muscles that haven't been used in a couple of decades, apparently). I'm only a few days in with this hoop, but it's fun and I look forward to using it.The hoop came with a 30-day challenge card to help keep me motivated and I can't wait to see what results I've achieved after a month. Easy five stars, will update if anything changes.

I never thought I’d be out here hula hooping like a kid again, but here we are. This weighted hoop is actually fun to use, and somehow, I’m getting a solid workout without even realizing it. The adjustable links make it easy to size it to fit just right, and the weighted ball keeps the momentum going so I don’t have to constantly restart like I did with a regular hoop.First time using it, I’ll be honest—I looked ridiculous. But after a few tries, I got the rhythm down, and now I can keep it going for a solid workout. It’s sneaky effective too. My core feels it after a session, but it doesn’t feel like a struggle the way some workouts do. Bonus points for not having to worry about it crashing to the floor every five seconds like a traditional hula hoop. The build quality is solid. The material doesn’t feel cheap, and the locking mechanism is sturdy. It doesn’t randomly pop open mid-spin, which I was a little worried about. The massage nodes are a nice touch too—they add a bit of extra stimulation while I’m moving.I actually look forward to using this thing, which is saying something because most workouts feel like a chore. If you want an easy way to sneak some exercise into your day without dreading it, this hoop delivers.

This weighted hula is a great way to lose weight. The hula has massage nodes, and it's very good for toning my waist compared to the traditional hula hoop. The hoop is infinite as long as you move your waist. The hoop can give you a perfect waist, and it's very easy to use. The hoop has 28 detachable knots so you can adjust it to your liking. I like to use it while I'm watching TV, and I can easily do it for about 45 minutes a day!

I've been looking for a way to add some more activity into my day, and this hula hoop has been a fun way to do it. It was easy to put together – just snapped the links together. I like that it's adjustable; I was able to find a size that fit me comfortably. It's a pink color. It definitely takes some getting used to, but once you get the hang of it, it's actually pretty enjoyable. I can feel it working my core muscles, and it's a good way to get my heart rate up. I'm hoping to use it regularly and see some results.

As someone that runs, I don't find this weighted hula hoop to be the most challenging cardio, but it is fun. It's an easy thing to pick up (once you get the hang of keeping it going) to do while watching some tv to burn some extra calories. I do feel it a little in my ab muscles and hips, but not a ton. Like any exercise, you'll get out of this what you put in, so if you keep it going at a faster speed, do it for a long time and do it consistently I can see this being a good addition to a workout plan. I'm just using this to get in a little extra movement during my work from home day and I'm enjoying it. It's easy to assemble and I think pretty easy to learn.

I just received this weighted hula hoop recently, so I haven't had a lot of time to use it yet. However, my initial impressions are positive. It seems to be well constructed, and I like that it's adjustable. It was a little fiddly to put together but I got there in the end. It's a pink hoop. It's definitely heavier than a regular hula hoop, but it's not too difficult to use. I'm hoping to incorporate it into my daily routine and see some results. It feels comfortable to use and I haven’t had any issues with it so far.
