Very nice....I enjoy it while watching TV.....just be sure when you put it together to fully snap the pieces together.....hear that snap sound.....:)

Well not mush to say about a hula-hoop. I have it in my bedroom so I'll grab it while watching TV to hoop a few minutes. I guess eventually, at least I hope, I'll drop off at least a couple pounds to make it worth having. It's really hard to lose weight when you're lazy! I weight 180 lbs with a gut. If I can just get rid of the gut I'll be satisfied. But on the serious tip, I believe this hoop is good to have, because you have nothing to lose but weight.

As far as the hula hoop itself, I quite like this. It’s easy to put together and is adjustable. It’s fun to use. The padding is a nice touch.In regards to a workout….meh. That goes for all fitness hula hooping. Perhaps I didn’t use it with the vigor required, but I suspect you burn more calories just walking on a treadmill than you would standing around hula hooping. The weight helps and I actually found when I first used it, it caused my middle to be sore like bruising, but I quickly adjusted.I think compared to doing nothing, this is great for a little extra movement when wanting to warm up or burn extra calories while watching TV. So it mostly depends on your expectation of the product, but it’s good for what it is.

I am loving my hoola hoop! Once I figured out how to put together...I'm a beginner but still so much better than the item I purchased from a local retailer.
