**update** after seeing my review, the company contacted me, apologized for the disappointment and sent another one out immediately that i just got. Stellar customer service and quick response. They very much care about their product!. Initial review below.Product lasted just over a month. And used it twice in that time frame. Went to use it today to smoke a cocktail and there was no butane. Trued to fill it and it was leaking out as fast as i was filling it. Disassembled to check the seals and all seals were in tact. Leaking from body somewhere. Disappointed i paid $40 for this

Works perfectly. I was amazed at how easy it was to get operational right out of the box. I normally have a hard time refilling butane lighters/torches, but this model was easy, and a 1st attempt to fill success. That is OUTSTANDING for me!!Works great for cooking and bong/bowl lighting. Simple to light and operate one handed.HIGHLY IMPRESSED!!

This is an amended review! I originally gave a bad review because I received a defective unit! I should’ve contacted the company, but the company contacted me with 24 hours with a full refund and then a new unit! This product is a top quality product in the customer service and professionalism of the company is top-notch! I’ve already used it on several projects. Temperature is amazingly high and controllable. I’ve used it for soldering as well as praising and even with some of my welding projects I’ve been able to use it to preheat some of my more softer metals and then using it for a controlled cooling process! Of you turbine and happen to have any problems contact the company they are amazing! I highly recommend this torch, there isn’t another on the market like this that I have used that compares!!!!!!!!!’

Looked great out of the box, rugged metal construction HOWEVER after a couple of short term uses a leak occurred at the knob and the unit caught fire. Has this fallen on a flammable surface (like carpet) when I had to drop it because it was on fire, it would have surely been a house fire. These are DANGEROUS JUNK and probably should be recalled by the manufacture for such a design defect.

Original review:This product leaked fuel due to the turn-valve not fully closing. The red ignitor button was also very hard to press and took two hands to activate.Update:Customer service offered to send a new unit even though Amazon refunded the costs. The new (now free) unit was in a different color (which actually looks great too) and works perfectly. The ignitor is easy to press and the valve seals well on the new unit. The torch has a good amount of weight to it and is full metal. It can put out a large jet for melting sugar or lighting wood, but also can be turned down to a small flame gentle enough to light a candle. It looks great in the kitchen or by the fire pit, and hopefully will last a long time.

I bought this torch and it came faulty. It just constantly leaks butane out of the back button used to ignite it. In the pictures I took you can see how the button is placed completely crooked even. I tried to capture video but was not able to pick up the sound of it leaking or showing the butane escape the torch but you can see and hear it in front of you and its dangerous! I'm so disappointed.UPDATE: The company reached out to me right away after this review and sent me a brand new one. So far it's working great and I was very impressed with their customer service. Although I cannot say how long the torch will last, I do have a working one for now and was very happy with the support I received with their customer service.

Rugged/industrial look. Easy to fill and light with tunable flame. I’ve not noticed any leaks and has sat ready on my bar shelf for cocktail accenting. Easy to operate and versatile. It is an open flame so be safe.
