My original table mount for my mic stand was a piece of junk. Very flimsy. this one is super strong and very stable. doesn't move around the desktop when I move the microphone stand..

It's pretty sturdy and well built to me. Granted I'm not exactly an expert on these things but from my limited interaction with one of these, it works well. I mean it's pretty affordable so I'm sure it's not the best quality but it is great value for how much it cost.

Bought as a replacement for a lost clamp for my swinging desk lamp. Perfect fit and the clamp is staying tight so far.

This replaced a broken plastic clamp that came with an articulating desk lamp. This is solid steel, much sturdier.
