When we converted to a convection range we had to get rid of all of our cheap aluminum non-stick coated pans. No problem really cause I mostly cook with cast iron anyway. But the one thing I need non-stick for is eggs. I don't know how anyone manages to fry or scramble an egg on cast iron or uncoated stainless. This did the trick just fine. Great non-stick surface, very nice glass lid (a big selling point for me), easy to clean and durable surface (no chipping or flaking, although I'm only using silicone implements in it). Only complaint is that the handle gets water in it when I run it through the dishwasher (yes, obviously I could hand wash it).

After testing a few times, the results were quite good! I would give this pan 4 1/2 stars if I could.Pros:Nonstick surface worked well,Washup was a breezeLid fit well, and vent hole worked.Bottom of pan made good contact with electric stove "glass" top.Cons:The handle gets a bit hot when pan is on hot stovetop for several minutes.I like to store pans with the lid upside-down, to take a little less vertical space in the cabinet. The handle on this pan's lid touches the nonstick surface if this method is used. Might scratch the nonsticfk surface, so cannot store the lid upside down.

this is a good inexpensive pan. very stick resistant. only down side is the handle gets very hot when using. I have a Lodge brand rubber handle cover I use on this product.

La poignée de la poele chauffe beaucoup pendant la cuisson c'est vraiment très dangereux, et après un passage au lave vaisselle la poignée est pleine d'eau. La pire conception de poele que j'ai jamais vu, si je l'avais utilisé plus tôt je l'aurais renvoyé, elle va finir à la poubelle.
