I can only hope that the finish stays wonderful, but we have been using it for two weeks and it is a dream to cook with. I do add just a few drops of oil and it is amazing how nothing sticks. I don't expect anything to last forever, but if it stays this way for one year, I will purchase again when it eventually gets older.Mid Feb now and we have used every day for 2.5 months. Still just as slick as day one.

So far this non-sick pain works great. Cooked food slides right off and super easy to clean. We’ll see how long the ceramic coating lasts.

Have only been using the pan about a month but it is performing well. Would recommend if you are looking to change to a ceramic coating. I have never used ceramic before but I am very satisfied with the way it cooks.
