My wife bought this rectangular pan in order to cook eggs for sushi and omelets. Our old rectangular pan was wearing out.My wife bought this pan for the non-stick finish, and the glass lid. The pan is nicely built and feels like a quality piece. The non-stick feature works well and the glass lid adds to the versatility of this specialized pan.One of my wife's new cooking toys is a countertop induction cooktop, so being induction-compatible was an important consideration for this pan. It works fine with our conventional gas cooktop (no surprise) and YES it also works just fine with an induction cooktop. The included accessories (glass lid, spatula, and chopsticks) are all nicely done and useful. In particular, the spatula is wide and the perfect size for this pan, making cooking a breeze.This pan is a bit pricey but it is worth it. Well done!

I found success using this pan to make tamagoyaki (japanese rolled omelette) on the first try. It came with a recipe and simple instructions on how to make tamagoyaki. I liked that a silicon spatula is provided so that It doesn't scratch the surface of the pan and with the use of chopsticks, I was able to lift the layers of the egg easily. I did not use the lid when making tamagoyaki but I can see how it can be useful when making sunny side up eggs and other kinds of omelettes.

This is a very handy little pan for cooking eggs or small amounts of food. It has a nice tight-fitting lid, cooks evenly, and the non-stick coating makes it super easy to clean. The bonus utensils come in very handy. I would definitely buy this pan again.

It’s a fantastic pan. The non stick surface is flawless. It cooks evenly without burning and is deep enough for frying as well. The lid fits well and makes a difference. The spatula is also perfectly sized. I liked it so much I bought one for each of my adult children and bought a spare one for home.

It's super non-stick. Making Tamagyoka was no problem at all. The instructions were clear with a good recipe. Great for people who have never made Tamagyoka beforehand.

The title says it all, a squirt of any oil, and your omlette or anything else is not stuck! If you ppl coock, this is a must to have!
