It's everything it advertised.. Quality is better then great.. my sister saw it now we both have one.. I bought ours few yrs back had to use it first before reviewing it.. can't go wrong with it..

I'm completely in love with this basket. To begin with, the fabric pattern is adorable,with little owls in their trees throughout! Upon looking at it from the outside, it doesn't seem to be a huge basket, closer in size to a beginner's basket, but when you look inside there is a TON of space! There are the usual mirror, small pin holder, and little sewn on pocket on the top, along with a sectioned tray in sturdy, thick clear plastic to hold all those little things that sewing collects. The tray is removable, and pulls out to a good sized bottom area, complete with a sewing kit full of essentials (threaded bobbins, spools of thread, multiple colors, needles, tape measure, and probably a couple things I forgot. The sewing kit is in its own plastic case and can be removed and carried easily.This is a perfect basket for me, personally, because I store my fabrics and projects in a couple of refurbished side tables with a swing door and plenty of space as well as shelves for the larger things. However, I do make a lot of smaller projects that can easily be fit into the basket, as well as it being a great place to store your scrap fabric and all your buttons, needles, pins, patches, etc will fit in nicely. If you're someone who sews a lot but doesn't like to tote a lot back and forth, this is a great basket.

Is a decent size for a beginner. Comes with a nice palette of thread. Basket quality matches the low price.

We just needed a place to keep our very basic sewing supplies, enough to patch up small tears and holes, hem some things. This product levels us up to comfortably having and safely housing a variety of needles, threads, some odds and ends like buttons or elastic, etc.The quality is fantastic.The five year old pulled the needle cushion off easily due to curiosity, but if you have a hot glue gun or just glue you can put it back on pretty much as it was. You can stitch it on too, or leave it off. Other than that the materials are a million times better than similarly priced Singer products on Amazon. The toddler sat and stood on it like it’s a stool with so far zero impact to its sturdiness; no bending, bowing, twisting, wobbling (I’ve since put it out of reach, no need to tempt fate). Hinges and latches are fine. The plastic tray insert is sturdy, not thin like toy packaging material that is in the cheaper options as well as my mom’s 25+ yr old full sized sewing box (to be fair that plastic insert is still perfectly functional if a bit crinkled from normal use).The included thread set beats all of my bare necessities patching kit collections. This was a great purchase!

My granddaughter is learning to sew and this was perfect for her. It's not too big, has a cute design on it, and had most of a beginning sewer's necessary tools. She loved it!

I could’ve done without the thread and Bobbons and whatever else package that was inside the sewing box, As I am not a beginner. But for a beginner Imagine it’s very nice. It is a nice size for a project that I will be working on which is a quilt. Unfortunately, LOL, I don’t think there’s a large enough sewing box on the market for me. This sewing box is very nice is very sturdy and would be great as a gift for someone who sews.

It's very well made, sturdy, and yet attractive enough to be a floor feature in the plant corner. I'm really happy to have bought it ... and beyond aesthetics, it comes with numerous colours of thread and matching bobbins, a thimble, an array of sewing needles, and a measuring tape – plus it has a built-in pin cushion ... so all of these things feel like a bonus. I shopped around, and this is the best deal.

Not huge, but seems to be real good quality (even the thread and bobbins that come with it seem to be quality!) One small thing I didn't like was that the owls looked more pink, while in the ad, they look more brown, or reddish brown tones...but I fixed that by colouring over the pink ones with markers, to change their colors to ones I liked better.
