Transform Your Lawn in Three Easy Steps With Flawn Seed

No Need to Remove Your Grass

Over-seed your existing lawn in three easy steps:

  • Mow your lawn to 1-2 inches removing or breaking up clippings.
  • Spread Flawn Seed over your existing lawn evenly by hand.
  • Lightly rake top layer of soil and distribute clippings over seed.

Caring for Micro Clover Lawn

  • Make sure to water as needed after seeding to prevent seeds and seedlings from drying out through the first season.
  • Maintain a mowing height of about 3.5-4" for the first year to allow the smaller clover seedlings to mature.
  • Do not use pesticides or weed killers as it will harm or kill the Micro Clover seedlings.
  • There is no need for fertilizer but you can choose to apply an organic starter fertilizer or compost at the time of seeding.

What to Expect After Seeding Micro Clover

With regular watering Micro Clover will germinate in 1-2 weeks and will be small for the first couple months. After the first growing season if not mowed regularly it will bloom white with some pink flowers about 2-6" tall from May to October creating a vital nectar and pollen source for our friendly pollinators. Watering regularly after seeding and through dry periods is critical for success. To maintain small leaf sizes, Micro Clover should be mowed regularly at or below 3.5".

They got here fast, and seemed to be good quality. Planted a week ago and already have micro clover sprouting up.

I purchased two packs ($60). I live in the southeast. I planted in late April. The temperature has been warm not hot, with plenty if rain. Unless the seeds are actually oxalis which is a weed here nothing has grown, no clover anyway. Very disappointing and a costly waste of money.

Very happy with this seed. Planted some in peat plugs, and some directly on soil. Kept it moist and both locations sprouted in 3 days.
