I have about 60 crepe myrtles and cypress that I had put in about 3 years ago, and they have a mulch covering with a drip line irrigation. I really hate the mulch look and want it to look more natural, but to protect my investment, I went with the recommendation of mulch. Now that they're are pretty well established, I wanted to try to grow grass, but all try to keep the mulch, but also need it to be low maintenance to not need as much mowing between the trees as the rest of the yard. I found these micro/mini clover and decided to try throwing it out when we would have rain off and on for a few days to see if it would grow. The seeds are ridiculously small and I ended up throwing them out by hand through my mulched areas and bare spots in the ground. I threw them out after it rained, and it has rained off and on since then. 2 days later, I found that the seeds had started opening, which is the first picture. Then today, 5 days after I threw them down, there's tiny clover everywhere!! It's in the bare areas and popping up through the mulch! I'm expecting to need to thrown down some more where it may have run off, but this is a great start!!! Hopefully I'll have the best of both worlds - mulch to keep my investments covered to keep rain in, and tiny clover groundcover over it to look more natural and appealing to my eye.

Love love love these! This is great ground cover and filler for areas you don't want to have to always deal with weeds. Last years batch has come in beautifully and for me, with a bad back, I am pulling weeds less and just enjoying the clover beauty. I have referred this product to several people I know and now they are buying them too.

These are so small i almost think i need a larger species. I'm getting 1-2" height out of mine. They all sprouted. I sprinkled some around, then gently raked the dirt, to get some dirt ontop. I watered every day. and these sprouted in 2 weeks. no germination issues. A+

It’s been almost two weeks since I used the seeds on a blank field. I added a fresh layer of topsoil and watered regularly. I only see where 2 clovers sprouted and nothing else. This is why I am always hesitant to order seeds from Amazon. I have no idea how long they have sat on their shelves or if they were stored properly. Very disappointing. Update: still no other growth 4 weeks later.

Tennessee's terrible summer weather killed these after they germinated and tried to grow. They were adorable. I will try again later in the year to avoid the summer drought and heat.

I've added Mico Clover to a new area along with the grass seed. It germinated much faster than I expected. After just seven days I can see baby clover everywhere. The grass has yet to start. I'm planting both because, on an older section, I added Micro Clover a couple of years ago and the grass loves it. It's deep green. It looks so healthy and doesn't need water.

I had cut the bag open to spread and got detained. Two days of downpours got them soaked in the bag. Decided to just scatter them anyway and in 3 days I had green fuzz..less than one week they had covered the area distributed. Excellent product

The first time I purchased this, it seemed like the seeds were coated with something. The sprouted in 3 days. Was very pleased. The second time I ordered these the seeds were tinier with no coating. They didn’t germinate as well. Hope that my third order will be the good kind—coated seeds. If the third shipment is good, I’ll go back to 5 stars.
