I've used quite a few aftermarket parts before and this was the very first set of hoses that I've ever dealt with were cutting was not necessary they were easy to install the fitment was better than OEM in my opinion worth the money especially if you're considering the mishimoto radiator

Perfect fit on my 2004 forester XT. Replaced cheap lines the previous owner had installed that were slowly leaking. Put 1,000 miles on these and they hold just fine, no leaks, and look great in the engine bay. Make sure to use the proper t bolt clamps.

Had to trim the fan shroud back to slide the lower radiator hose in completely. Otherwise, fit perfectly as expected. Documentation should indicate that trimming the fan shroud may be necessary.

They're hoses. What do you expect?

Great quality and looks but size is slightly off on correct oem sizing, some trimming may be required.

the OEM hoses on the subaru lasted more than 10 years, you will expect this things to last longer, rigth ?WRONG, broke after only 3 years of use, hoping the life time warranty thing is true

Look great work fine, but can't really say the quality justifies the price. If you've got extra money to throw around to make your engine bay a little more pretty, this is for you.

Great automatic upgrade decision. It's like each essential link in a strong chain. When you add more power to your car, it pressures your radiator system. If you buy a racing radiator, buying this hose is a basic must do. And it works flawlessly in my Subaru Forester.

After reading all the other reviews, I really have nothing else to add! It shows that it is really good to read reviews before purchasing so you do not run into any unexpected surprises! You will need to buy your own clamps. This is the No.1 annoyance. These are silicone hoses so you don't want to use regular worm-gear clamps as it'll chew up the rubber. Most people use T-bar clamps or you can also use worm-gear clamps that have the protective inner sleeve, if you can find some. If you use T-bar clamps remember you will need to check and re-tighten them over a couple of weeks or so as they settle in. It's annoying this kit does not come with clamps as I'm pretty sure the WRX kit does, and apparently so does the intercooler hose kit. I ended up purchasing T-bar clamps from Princess Auto (Canadian Version of Tractor Supply/Northern Tool/Harbor Freight). You will need to trim the hoses so they sit relaxed without kinking, or rubbing on something. This is an absolute given if you also purchased the Mishimoto performance radiator like I did. Top tip, seriously do your best to find and use a proper hose cutting tool to get a nice clean cut. Don't hack at it with scissors or pliers or saw at it with an exacto-blade. You don't want to end up with a hairy mess of fibers and a ruined hose. You may need to trim off a little bit of the fan shroud so the bottom hose will fit. Another reviewer said this, and I had to trim as well, but I am not sure if that is because I purchased the Mishimoto rad. The other reviewer didn't say what radiator he had.On the whole, that's it, they're installed and look great in my car. I had to re-tighten the camps once already but they've been good so far!
