The price was great and the hose fit perfectly. My stock radiator in my 2002 WRX sedan had some seepage around the plastic end tanks, so I replaced it with the Mishimoto all aluminum (no glued on plastic end tanks) radiator. While changing the radiator out I noticed that the 8 year old stock rubber hose was very stiff and brittle. I decided it was better to replace it than risk it failing. The Mishimoto hose and radiator combo appear to be working great, no leaks, and my scan gauge II shows about a 10 to 20 degree Fahrenheit drop in coolant temps depending on conditions. I would recommend this product to any WRX owner as a replacement for OEM parts when the time comes. We have a 2002 sedan and a 2003 wagon and plan to upgrade the wagon if it starts seeping as well. Here is a link to the radiator I used.

Top hose fits perfectly, looks great and has good quality hose clamps. Bottom hose has a very slight “pinch†or angle to it, please see the photo provided, it’s nothing that would really affect coolant flow.

The top hose was a little long in the sense of the S bend. This hose mixed with the Mishimoto MMRAD-WRX-01 in my 05 STI, the hose is really close to alternator, but it doesn't touch. I was gonna trim a bit off the hose to make it further from the alternator, but meh, who cares, its not touching and its been months and it hasn't rubbed it not once. Great hoses, solid construction, works. I cannot complain at all. And shipping was fast so yay me.

These are awesome hoses, fit great and are well constructed. Upgrade your clamps while your doing this as the OEM style will leave pressure point marks (installed on my 02 WRX).Bought this style of clamp - many vendors on Amazon sell them:1.88" Stainless Steel T-Bolt Clamp (fits 1.5" ID 3-4 Ply Silicone Hose)

Had to replace the thermostat on my 03' WRX due to it being stuck open and while I had the coolant out I figured I would put new hoses on. They arrived on time and packaged well. Fitment was perfect, and clamps that came with the hoses were good. THEY LOOK AWESOME!! Did the coolant change, burping, yada yada got it up to temp. Drove it down the road to put some pressure on it and no leaks, so we're good. Like anything you put on your engine time will tell, but I expect no problems from them.

Unbeknownst to me, the stock upper hose (124K+ miles) on my 2003 WRX Sedan (with Mishimoto "OEM" style radiator) was expanding during use and allowing it to enter into the path of the radiator fan blade. Over time, this compromised the hose and I gained a leak (1st photo). As mentioned by another reviewer, trimming "was" required for an optimal fit. The length of the top hose, as is, cleared the belts but put the hose directly into the path of the radiator fan again. With that, some blue painters tape came out and I masked off a length of the radiator side for careful trimming with an exacto knife; pictures 2 and 3 show the difference between the stock and trimmed lengths (as I didn't measure). This puts the hose alignment safely down the middle of the belts and radiator fans as shown in picture 4.The lower radiator hose could have benefited from a trim as well as seen in picture 5; the extra length squished the hose out of round towards the bottom. Unless we have a fluid dynamics issue here, the hose will stay as is.4 stars only due to the trimming requirements.

The install was not as smooth as hoped. The upper radiator hose needed some light trimming on either ends because it was too long. Bottom hose fits snug without any modifications. Great product and of high quality nontheless.

Fits the upgraded radiator perfectly, although installation gets a bit frustrating. No fault of the product and it is necessary for the Mishimoto radiator.Upload of previous edits was not allowed so I will try again. After a little over a year this product also failed due to the same cause. The thicker radiator pushes the fan closer to the engine and the upper radiator hose is trapped between them. Occasionally the fan can come into contact with the hose and will eventually wear through it, hopefully you notice before your car overheats! I ended up using zip ties to secure some 80 grit fabric backed sandpaper to the replacement generic hose and that helped protect the hose and shave down the fan blades.

Part description says its a direct fit with no modifications, but when i installed the hoses the upper one was about an inch too long and was touching the alternator pulley. 1/2" cut off of each seemed to do the trick. Other than the slight modification im super happy with the quality.

I Installed with the radiator from mishimoto. I had to trim 1/2†off the end of the hose that connects to the block because the bend of the pipe was coming in contact with my passenger side fan blade. It would’ve damaged the hose if I hadn’t altered it. So in my case it was not a direct fit however I’m happy with everything else.
