This is a review for a MIU 11 inch fish spatula. Ironically I have not used this for cooking and flipping fish yet, but have used it for scrambled eggs, fried eggs, fritatta baked in cast iron, burgers, baked goods and a lasagna ( cutting and lifting out of a baking dish) and it works perfectly for all of these tasks. This spatula is the perfect balance of firm yet flexible. The handle is approx. 4.5 inches and this is a kitchen tool I would add to my 'must have' list. Out went all of my thick plastic spatulas and heavy awkward metal ones too. I primarily cook with stainless, cast iron and glass cookware and this spatula performs flawlessly with all of them. I am guessing it could work with a nonstick frypan because it is lightweight which would allow a delicate touch. Overall this spatula is well built, flexible, with all smooth edges and can be easily hand washed or put safely in the dishwasher. I highly recommend.

I got this product when I was working as a chef and it worked great for daily use. The handle is a great size to be able to maneuver the spatula with fish or other foods. Highly recommend for either commercial or personal use!

I bought this for use when cooking our salmon fillets but I'm sure it works with all fish as well. The nice thing about it is that you tend to prevent the fillet from falling apart when turning it or when serving. In my opinion, it is pretty well made. It cleans up easily too. Worth having in your kitchen tool arsenal if you enjoy cooking and eating fish.

Saw this on a cooking show that has a segment on rating products against each other. They were right. It is perfect. Just the right amount of flex in the metal. Got the smaller size and no issue with length of handle. Best flipper ever bought! And NOT just for fish.

This is a quality product. Well worth the money. It is sturdy and great for fish, pizza, anything that needs to be flipped or taken out/of the pan. I have used it only three times and it is hand washed. I hoping to enjoy it for some time.

I have been using it for months, and it strikes the perfect balance between bendability (to be able to scrape food form the pan) and sturdiness (to be able to hold heavy foods on it for transfering to a plate). The plastic handle is dishwasher friendly, but I would prefer to have a handle that holds better in case it gets closs to the fire.
