I think there are considerably more than 100 seeds of each color, maybe 300 in each packet? Was I sent dead seed? I looked online for planting advice and sources said to put the seed in the freezer. I planted 1/3 of the seed without freezing. 1/3 was planted after 2 weeks of freezing and the remaining 1/3 after a month of freezing. Pepper seeds (another tiny seed) were planted at the same time as the 2nd batch in a second tray. The soil moisture was checked every 3 days and the surface misted when it started to dry out. The trays were kept in a 65 degree room with indirect light. Most of the pepper plants are up and some ready to put out additional leaves. Not a single strawberry seed has sprouted. I will wait for another 6 weeks before giving up but don't have any hope. If any sprout then I will change this review to 5 stars.

Not one seed sprouted. All 4 packets were sprinkled on moist soil and kept under a 30watt light and a temperature controlled heating pad set to 78°f. After two months of maintaining the grow environment, there was nothing. This was a waste of time, money, and effort.

I bought these seeds and not one of them germinated. I followed the instructions exactly and not one of the packets sprouted.

I want an arched trellis covered in strawberries. I bought these and one other brand of red strawberries. I'm starting the plants in December and hoping to plant outside this spring and summer. It'll take a couple of years and a lot of work, but if I get the seeds to grow, that's half the battle. They are packaged in a plastic that is not reusable and so small you need to be careful you don't lose seeds. I'll transfer any extra to small zip bags. I'm excited and hopeful!

I should have read the reviews before I ordered these seeds , I got nothing nothing nothing not even one seed germinated. Was a total waste of my time and money . Also in order to leave a review I had to Rate 1 star or it wouldn’t let me post my review

I had literally one germinate out of a whole pack. I even tried freezing them for a month. The only thing that grew were the fungus gnat larvae which somehow appeared in a sterile container. I honestly and genuinely believe this is a scam, as blue strawberries are not possible without being genetically modified and even that has been considered a myth. Save your money and time and just go buy some strawberry plants from a local store. I wish I could get my $5 and the last two months of effort back.
