I've never had a bathroom faucet where the spout is moveable. UNTIL NOW! It's really a handy thing to beagle to move the faucet. I am disabled so anything that makes my life easier is a great thing to me. I've had complements on it the guy who installed it to caregivers. And it is a solid piece of equipment too. No plastic painted silver on this baby. I trust the Moen name. It was a perfect fit too. No leakage. Water pressure improved greatly. It was a huge improvement in how fast the hot water made it to my hands. It is nice to be able to stop up the water in my sink with the plug type thing that came with it. My only complaint is after after a couple of months using the faucet the lever you pull up on to plug the sink is a difficult beast to overcome. I don't have much arm strength, but it has become nearly impossible for me to pull up. It's a small annoyance considering how much this new unit is an improvement over the one that came with my condo when I bought it.I just wish I could find something that similarly wows me for my kitchen.

The faucet is very nice and has smooth range of motion for both handles. I found a perfect fix for my rental property. I like the fact that the finish is fingerprint resistant. That is one of my biggest issues with a brushed nickel finish. It looks and functions great. I look forward to years of use.

I like the style and overall operation of the faucet and it was relatively easy to install. There are 3 issues with the stopper:- it's angled toward the back so difficult to grip with your fingers- it's difficult to position the faucet far enough forward to prevent the stopper arm from rubbing on the middle hole in sink, making the stopper hard to operate- there is no gasket around the stopper hole so water can drip into cabinet if splashed onto back of faucetSo, it's good enough for my use since I don't need to use the stopper often and I'm careful not to splash water on back of faucet. Moen should eliminate the stopper and use a pop-up drain instead. You could silicone the stopper hole and buy your own pop-up drain if you want to avoid the inherent stopper issues.

Changing entire house faucets to these. Beautiful fixtures that are easy to install. The only issue I have is they don't offer it without the overflow hole on the drain pipe, so I have to buy additional part since my sinks do not have overflows.

This faucett listed as refurbished but looked new to me. Excellenf quality, it is a Moen of course.
