I ordered 4 of these for my new bathroom shower.Good pressure and adjustable.No pulse massage out of the harder spray but it does feel very good. Just like a shower head turned on the center spray pattern. Can also set it to a more gentile patter with a very smooth working leaver.Installation is very easy. Though the out side show cover does not leave room for error when carving out your hole. If this ends up between multiple tiles (as it did for me) take your time.I did get one unit out of 3 that had a small defect in the molding of the jets. Simple rubber part. I sent photos to Moen and they without even so much as another question or response, issued a full replacement. (That was the response I recieved.) Top notch service, good quality and I enjoy them.Note, 4 of these and a shower head may leave you with reduced water pressure depending on your home supply and controls.

The item works great but we ordered 6 and could only use 4. Tried to return brand new items and was told nothing could be done. Then one employee said we could have a one time exception but the label never came and now they refuse to let us return brand new items. Awful customer service.

Great product. Easy to install. However its a bit pricey.

Not worth the money. First, it leaks at the bottom no matter what I do. The plumbers have caulked it and it still leaks. Second, it you plan to use this with a rainfall shower head make sure you have enough water pressure to handle the body spray. When the rainfall shower head is on, the body spray can’t reach us because there isn’t enough water pressure. So for us this was a waste of money.
