excellent product factory, original and nothing to install or uninstall. It simply snap the old one out and snap the new one in.

I had a Moen faucet with sprayer. Using the quick connect I took the old sprayer out and put the new one in. It was the easiest plumbing job I've ever done. I recommend buying an original replacement part. The replacement part is brushed nickel so it was the right color. It says silver when you go to order it but it was brushed nickel and it matched.

Only lasted 9 months before breaking again. Normal usage in a household of two people. I’ll give it a single star for ease of installation.

My original sprayer hose broke after 15+ years. To be expected. What I didn’t expect was it to be so difficult finding a replacement. After multiple trips to local hardware stores, finally was advised that Moen products have specific hookups that usually do not work with universal sprayers. Thank goodness someone told me this because I thought I was going crazy. Honestly thought about re-doing all the hookups under sink - I found this and read reviews. Was still worried after ordering only because I was jaded from my original efforts.Received in mail and It took less than 2 minutes to connect. Connected and worked perfect. Thank you for all the previous reviews.

I was able to replace the hose myself easily by snapping it into the existing coupler. I'll hang onto the coupler it comes with in case my original fails. Looked too complicated and in a tight space to replace that piece myself. The handle is working great and I haven't had any problems with it staying off when not in use.

Very easy to install and works well for awhile. Well, maybe we use the sprayer a lot or something, but I had replaced my original Moen sprayer on April 4, 2022. Now I am having to replace it again, but I will do it because I need the convenience of using it. The "button" that I push gets stuck, and if I'm not aware of it and turn the water on, it sprays full force onto my walls across the room, and soaks my floor and ME. I often times have to work with the faucets, turning on one and the other off, etc., until the button releases and stops spraying water so that I don't soak myself the next time. Replacing a sprayer with a brand name every two years at close to $50 is hard for me to do. I figure if I buy a "knockoff", I may be wasting money as well. If you don't use the sprayer often, it may last a lot longer, I don't know.

It's common for these side spays to give out and get stuck. The was the exact replacement and was easy to install

Our original side sprayer started to leak right where the hose met the side sprayer handle due to constant usage (i.e. tugging/pulling) over the course of ~10 years. New one fits perfectly and is as described. Please see pictures.Picture 1 --> how it looks like after installationPicture 2 --> the side sprayer connection in which you have detach the old spray and attach the new one. Simple installation (just turn off the water before you do it).

This is second time the Moen spray head has been replaced. First one lasted no more than 7 months. Got two months out of the second one. Both would stick and eventually stay stuck in spray mode. Couldn't fix either.

Perfect replacement for my 13 yr old Moen faucet. When i bought my faucet, 13 yrs ago, it was classed as 'brushed nickel'. This is listed as 'Stainless', which to me would be chrome. Anyway, exact match of my 13 yr old 'brushed nickel' faucet. Exactly as pictured.
