8 years out of my Moen pull down faucet hose and it sprung a leak. Reviewed many different options available on Amazon and landed on this one due to it still having the brass fitting like the original OEM, instead of the updated plastic fitting. Quick delivery and I was pleased to find the fitting was actually the brass as pictured. Super easy quick 2 minute install and I've been back up and running. It appears to be of similar quality as the OEM version and everything fit together perfectly. Obviously I can't comment on long term durability yet at this point, but I expect it will last and will update my review if I encounter any problems. Definitely recommend this replacement for price/value and it appears quality as well.

The hose connected at both ends as expected. However the connection at the handle was slightly bigger and will now not fit securely back on the handle cradle of facet base. It works for me because we will be replacing faucet in near future, but wanted to make others aware.

Removal of old hose and install of new hose too less than 10 minutes. Really don't know why I hesitated for so long. My last pull-down was a nightmare of pipe/hose fittings, so I was leery of climbing under the sink to tackle this one.To my surprise, it was almost a zero-tool job. I did use some Teflon tape to tighten the sprayer head to the hose. This is where I needed an adjustable wrench. Only because there was a slight dribble of water with just hand tightening.**Don't go crazy with the wrench though. My spray head had plastic threads, so you wouldn't want to strip those out.

Worked perfectly! Our original hose sprung a leak. Moen told me the part number so I ordered from here right away! Took less than 5 mins to install remove old and install new! Way cheaper than buying a whole new faucet which I thought about doing!

Quick and easy to install. Press black button to disconnect hose under sink. Then, snap open & pull off the weighted piece. Pull hose out from tap end and use wrench or pliers with cloth to remove sprayer end from fitting. Do same in reverse with new hose. Total time 5 minutes! Done.

Our spray hose sprang a leak and this product was purchased as a replacement. It looks identical to the original one. The install was very easy and there are lots of on line videos if you need some guidance.The price is the lowest you will find ( other than the free replacement from Moen if you can wait) and it works fine. The Pull down hose is not the same hose as Pull out one so be sure to get the right one.Shipping was fast.Recommended

Arg! I was in a hurry ordering this and thought I was getting a real Moen part for a really great price. Not. Still, it arrived very quickly (one day before promised) and fit perfectly. Other reviews mention the spray head end not fitting up into the spout tube. For me it did - and my Moen is an "ESSIE". The old hose (eight years) had developed a leak where the flexible hose meets the spray-head fitting. Given a few reviews mentioning low quality or very short life, I am a bit wary - and keeping the old hose on-hand just in case.One life-lesson I have leaned (the hard way :-) is when faced with the cheap vs higher-quality option, don't be cheap. You will often regret it down the line and have to add that "cheap" cost to the price of the quality one you should have bought in the first place. But so-far this "cheap" option is working out just fine.
