They clean really nicely and come with a case to keep them in to keep the silver from tarnishing. Highly recommend these to any mom that is nursing or even exclusively pumping. They help soothe just how you would want them to. They are lightweight and you don’t even know that they’re in.

Don’t let the 4 stars fool you, these are a must have for any new moms looking to nurse. They save broken, chapped, bleeding, sore and sensitive nipples, exactly as marketed.My cons are the same as most people have here (and are for silver nipple shields in general, not this brand in particular): 1. They are very visible— so if you want to wear them out of the house they need the right clothes or bra padding.2. They pinch sometimes, when a newborn is constantly lying on your chest these can shift and grab just the right amount of skin to be uncomfortable.3. They cause nipples/breasts to smell due to trapped milk/saliva/sweat. I always need to wipe off my breasts before feeding.

I wanted to like these so much. Heard how great they were across social media. They weren't that great for me and I don't feel they help really at all.The metal is flimsy. It got dented fairly easily and the metal bent while simply cleaning it. It's also kinda difficult to clean.It loses its cold immediately. I'm talking like the time it takes to remove from the fridge, the cold gone before even putting it on.They do stick out and look awkward wearing them.And when wearing them, the metal just hurts sometimes depending on your movement. No one likes to feel metal digging into their nipple.I tried them for a month solid and they just aren't worth it.

This item was amazing! I bought this for my wife as she was experiencing burning nipple pain from breastfeeding our first baby. It worked so well and she is so much happier as she isn’t experiencing that pain anymore! The size was perfect as it said in the size chart. It is definitely worth the money if you are experiencing nipple pains. 10 out of 10 so far!!

The cover pinches the skin around your nipple. I ordered the bigger ones just in case and they still pinched my skin. I wore pump friendly bras that are not tight and still had issues. Plus they are super obvious I wore nipple pads to try and disguise the covers but they are rather obvious. Even over tank tops. I feel the silver does help but they are too obvious I didn’t wear them in public or at work. If I work them at work I felt I had to keep myself cover because they are obvious and large. They are worse than the episode of Sex in City about the fake nipples.
