I should have just packaged it back up to return after I noticed it was a used heater. But I had an event and I was in a pickle. The heat lasted 1 hr? I had brand new propane tanks and it just doesn't work well. No wonder it was returned. Buy another one if you are considering this one.

We bought this as my mom freezes all the time and thought it would be perfect for fall to get her out daily. It lights. It heats. And then about 3 minutes later it turns off. We have followed the directions to a tee. Even tried googling and cleaning the brand new fan. Nothing worked. So we now have a useless product. I would not recommend this to anyone.It is an amazing for the 3 minutes it works. But it's not worth the trouble to do this every 5 minutes or so to keep lit

Works great great on the porch every evening. Prob order another. Bar heaters on porch.

Ordered 2 but unfortunately 1 wouldn't stay lit. Kept turning off every 5 to 8 minutes. The one that did work worked great. Assemble was easy and they are definitely pretty to look at.

I needed to heat up Thanksgiving dinner for those eating outside. These sat in the middle of a 5' round table and made the 45-degree weather tolerable for an outside dinner. Great deal. The tank of propane lasted about 2 hours.
