Safety Buckle Device
Equipped with safety buckle device, that is if you open the lid during grinding, the grinder will stop working immediately to avoid injury. Close the lid and push two rods on the both sides to the end together to make sure trigger the induction switches. (Ensure you hear a clear click)

Upgraded Overload Protector
With upgraded overload protector, the grinder will also stop working to prevent the motor from burning-out when in overload/overheat state. To restart the grinder, wait for the machine to cool down, clean the blades bottom, replace the carbon brushes on the both sides and then press the overload protector again, then the grinder could work well.

It did the job it was supposed to. Just expect the noise to be very loud. I followed instructions and ran it for about 30 or so seconds (instructions say 1 minute but I didn't want to take a chance) and left it rest and cool for about 10 or so minutes before grinding again. It did a great job on making my cinnamon sticks into a powder!

Okay I don't get all the negative reviews which caused me to hesitate just so much in the beginning. I simply love this product, its my new baby. It works wonders, people simply have to follow instructions. Much thanks. Thumbs upSecond Review; Wow, I thought I was ripped off after it suddenly stopped working after 3 month of hardly using it a few times a month. But as I contacted the Beautiful Seller, he responded so fast, comforting me & directed me what to attempt to do to solve the problem, which seems in the end to be a laugh, as what seemed to be the problem was simply the red safty pop up button got stuck, probably from grinded substance that got stuck their. Yet that wasn't all, the seller assured me that he will be with me to the end & even send a new grinder if necessary & above all he said he will compensate me just for the trouble with 15$, which of course I did not accept. Amazing, may this world be filled with such wise of hearts like this seller. Thanks for your love & care & once again thumbs up to the sky.

UPDATE: initially gave this 1 star and was not pleased with it. After it sat on my counter for a week I tried it again and it worked! Used coffee beans and it worked fine. Then I ground up dehydrated beets and I had to hold down the lid or the powder would come out (just a little). Beets are tough to grind and this grinder did it effortlessly.So I’m pleased and will keep it. Don’t know how long it will work this time.Cons: —not fun cleaning out coffee grinds or beet powder; I used a dry towel and it seemed to work well. Just a bit time consuming when grinding different items.Really wanted to love this but a cheap $14 grinder works longer than this one. I ground coffee beans and it turned out great. Today tried grinding wheat berries and first 1/2c turned out good. I put a second 1/2c of wheat berries in and it won’t even turn on. I tried cleaning it out and cleaning the lid. I made sure the lid was correctly on and locked. Nothing. It won’t run. This is ridiculous. 3 times and it quits.

I’ve been using this machine for about 10 months, roughly once a week. It worked fine initially, but today, while using it, I noticed a strong burning wire smell. It made me feel unsafe, so I had to stop using it immediately.I expected better durability and safety, especially with such minimal use. This experience has made me question the product’s quality, and I wouldn’t recommend it without improvements.

Ok, not one to do these reviews, but I feel compelled. Opened up the Amazon box and in the first pic, it looks like it was shipped by the Cartel. It was wrapped so well in black plastic bag and tape you could not have floated it from Colombia to the US without raising the eyebrows of the USCG. Got the cartel wrapping off and was faced with a generic white box. Unlike the generic white boxes, here in the US, that have either "coffee," "cheese," or some other grocery shelf staple printed in all caps, this was a generic generic box. Raised some concerns, but oh well, got this far right? Opened up the generic white box and was looking at this oddly shaped, engineering school drop out designed, metal device on my countertop. It looks menacing. Like something out of a Mad Max movie. The original Mad Max movie, not the cheeky one made a few years ago. I'm talking about 1980s Mad Max. Like, anything that goes in there is going to be pulverized. Come to think of it, I shall name the machine Thunder Dome (it's a Mad Max thing). What you see in the last pic is what used to be rice. Approximately a 1/4 cup of premium grade Nishiki medium grain rice to be exact subejected to 1 minute inside Thunder Dome. I am very very impressed. Not sure who is or where this Moongiantgo company is located, but they got their stuff together. This is an awesome grinder. Looks like a Yugo but performs like a Ferrari. Again, I am very impressed, no real complaints. Comes with additional blades, a sieve, additional carbon things, and the brush. Instructions are clear and perfect. Excited to use. Thank you for a great product!

Bought this to grind coffee very fine to prepare turkish coffee. It does the job well. An expensive burr grinder failed to do that and I had to return. Be ware, It is very noisy and this one does not flex which means if you are not careful when you remove the cover you will have coffee or whatever you are milling all over the place. Would recommend.

Had a problem with our original mill, after a year. They replaced with the unit with the next model up.
