I bought this for outside (duh, obviously) and it is nice, made well and attractive. It stayed up all last year and was used a lot with no problem.However, the weather did start to take its toll on the spreader bars, the began to delaminate. I contacted their customer service and asked about purchasing new spreader bars...i didn't think of it still be warrantied since it was left out in all weather...but I was wrong.I was told they would replace it under warranty and they asked my address. I was expecting new bars....got a whole new hammock!!Awesome customer service °

This product is very nice. The material is high quality, and it’s big enough for me (6’2) and my wife (5’3) to lay in comfortably and take naps on camping trips.

This hammock was a great addition to my backyard. The material has been holding up quite nicely even after having forgot it out in a storm a couple of times. It fits my body and my wife's body fine separately. It is pretty easy to set up but I recommend using hooks when able to. Functionally it is a good hammock. I would warn that the way it is tied on the ends, the wooden spreaders will twist around on one end or the other when not in use so make sure you are aligning it U shape up when setting. All in all not bad but not perfect a nice affordable thick hammock for a backyard.

I purchased this several years ago, hung it up in the backyard. It has seen many many hours of use between my kids and nephews. The simple design coupled with quality materials made me hang it up and forget about it. It has braved many a hard rain/snow storm with zero maintenance. I will be purchasing another and taking better care of it.

I bought a wooden hammock stand that came with a hammock I did not like. It is similar to this one, but without the bars at the top and bottom. So when you would get it in, it would wrap around you like a cocoon. I did not care for that, but spiders love it. Gross. I tried several other hammocks that have the long wooden bars at the top and bottom so they lay flat, but they are too big for the stand. We've tried different ways to tighten it, but somehow you still end up laying on the ground. Which is comical but not ideal. This hammock worked! It was slightly shorter than the stand but we used some chain and metal hooks and everyone is happy. Loved the colors as well.

I wanted to use this on a stand I already own. It fit across with a tiny bit of effort. I sat down on it and immediately my bottom was on the ground. So I wound up the rope several times to take up some slack on both sides. Then I was juuuuust off of the ground, but off the ground is off the ground, so I thought I was all set. Within minutes I was on the ground again. So if you are hanging this between two tree with plenty of space, I suspect it would be nice and comfy. Fabric was nice to the touch. But if you have limited length to work with, this might not be the hammock for you.

I always buy these from Amazon warehouse like new condition, so they're cheaper. I have no qualms about giving this 5 stars although it falls apart after 2-3 seasons. I leave mine hooked up to the posts basically 5 months a year. It's mostly for looks and it's so inexpensive I don't mind replacing it. This is my second purchase of the same Hammock. I've had guests use it that weigh 250 lbs without it ripping.

I’ve had a lot of hammocks and I love this one! The material is soft, pretty and lightweight but strong. The wood on the end keeps it spaced out so you can lie in it comfortably without the material covering up your face. I learned a very easy knot and tied it between two palm trees in my yard and can easily and quickly take it up and down (it comes with the rope). However, a word of warning….. the wood is untreated so after accidentally leaving it out in the rain the wood was covered in mold. Make sure you coat the wood with something before it gets ruined. I tried coconut oil because I read online this is a natural way to treat wood, but that did not work. I tried to scrub off the mold and then sprayed it with polyurethane and am waiting to see if that will work. If not, I will replace the hammock and treat the wood before use because I don’t want to bring a moldy hammock into my house when I’m not using it.

Rarely do I get outdoor furniture where I’m impressed by quality and durability but this hammock is both plus comfortable! I picked it up on sale at the end of the season so I had to take it done before I got to enjoy it as much as I wanted... but this is the sort of hammock that makes me wonder why we don’t set hammocks up inside!!!!!It is made from super thick material and it’s nice and bright and cheerful. It’s really strong and big and I was able to curl up in it with my hubby before the winter rains started up and we had to take it down.It gives me something to look forward to for the spring! I might pick up one of those metal holders for it because it’s super sturdy, finding a place to hang it is a bit more of a challenge. We found a place, but next year that will be garden again... so mixed blessings at the end of the year!I took pictures to try to show the quality of the material, my hand is behind it and it’s and actual cotton weave, not a cheap poly print, you can’t even see my skin through it!It comes with a matching bag to store it at the end of the year and I’m really happy with the entire experience and the price was amazingI could not find something of this quality at a box store! Best hammock I’ve had since I was like 12 lol 😂 I’m in love 🥰

The item has no metal hooks as mentioned, cloth is not of good quality and the size doesn't match description! The ropes are fraying and the whole thing looks like it's about it come apart. Refer photos for a better idea. The wooden bars are also not sturdy as shown in the photos. It seems to be a case of the seller trying to pass off a sub standard product as something else.

Certainly not for adult, don't feel comfortable with size for kids. Won't recommend this product. Wish to return the product
